當你使用聯絡表格、向我們查詢、參與活動或與我們通訊時，我們可能收集：姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼、專業身份或角色、你希望討論的題目、通訊內容、活動報名及出席資料，以及你選擇提供的其他資料。
When you use the contact form, make an enquiry, participate in an activity or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, professional role, proposed discussion topics, correspondence, event registration and attendance details, and other information you choose to provide.
必須及自願提供的資料 Required and voluntary information
聯絡表格中的姓名、電郵地址及同意選項屬必填資料，以便我們識別及回覆你。電話、身份／角色及討論題目屬自願提供。如未提供必填資料，我們可能無法處理你的查詢或與你聯絡。
Name, email address and the consent selection are required so that we can identify and respond to you. Telephone number, role and discussion topic are voluntary. Without the required information, we may be unable to process your enquiry or contact you.

我們可使用個人資料以：(a) 回覆及跟進查詢；(b) 籌辦、管理及改善 DPO 的分享、對話、師友交流及社群活動；(c) 發送你同意接收的活動通知及 DPO 通訊；(d) 了解社群關注的專業議題；(e) 維持網站、資料及活動的安全；以及 (f) 履行適用法律及監管要求。
We may use personal data to: (a) respond to and follow up enquiries; (b) organise, administer and improve DPO talks, conversations, mentorship and community activities; (c) send event notices and DPO communications you have agreed to receive; (d) understand professional topics of community interest; (e) maintain the security of the website, information and activities; and (f) comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
通訊及直接促銷 Communications and direct marketing
我們只會在取得你的同意後，使用你的姓名及聯絡資料發送 DPO 活動、分享及相關專業交流的消息。你可隨時通知我們停止接收有關通訊；我們不會就此收費。
We will use your name and contact details to send news about DPO activities, sharing and related professional exchanges only with your consent. You may opt out at any time by notifying us, without charge.

Where necessary and consistent with the purposes above, we may disclose data to authorised DPO and YS Dental team members; providers supporting website hosting, form processing, automation, data storage, email or events on our behalf; professional advisers; and government, regulatory or law-enforcement bodies entitled to receive it by law. Service providers may process data only on our instructions and for specified purposes. We do not sell personal data.
保留資料 Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil its collection purpose, handle follow-up enquiries, maintain necessary activity records or meet legal obligations. When no longer required, data will be securely deleted or anonymised as reasonably practicable. We review retained data periodically.

We take reasonably practicable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. Access is limited to authorised personnel with a work-related need and service providers subject to appropriate obligations.
網站資料及 Cookies Website data and cookies
網站託管及保安服務可能在標準伺服器記錄中處理 IP 地址、瀏覽器及裝置類型、瀏覽頁面、來源頁面、日期及時間等技術資料，以提供、保護及診斷網站。網站會載入 Google Analytics 4 代碼，並預設拒絕分析及廣告儲存；只有在你同意分析 Cookies 後，網站才會啟用 Google Analytics 4，以了解瀏覽頁面及成功送出聯絡表格的次數。請勿在表格內提供敏感資料。網站不會將表格中的姓名、電郵、電話或訊息內容傳送至 Google Analytics。你可透過頁尾的「Cookie settings」更改選擇。取消訂閱頁面不載入分析工具。
Hosting and security providers may process technical data—including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, date and time—in standard server logs to provide, secure and diagnose the website. The site loads the Google Analytics 4 tag with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Only after you accept analytics cookies will the site activate Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and successful contact-form submissions. Please do not enter sensitive information in the form. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text to Google Analytics. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Analytics does not load on the unsubscribe page.
你的權利 Your rights
根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權要求查閱我們持有關於你的個人資料及要求改正不準確資料。你亦可要求停止通訊或刪除不再需要的資料。我們可按條例就查閱資料要求收取合理費用，並會在處理要求前採取合理步驟核實身份。
Under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to personal data we hold about you and correction of inaccurate data. You may also request that communications stop or that data no longer required be deleted. We may charge a reasonable fee for a data-access request as permitted by the Ordinance and will take reasonable steps to verify identity before handling a request.

For access, correction, opt-out or other privacy requests, email office@hkdentpo.com and use “DPO Privacy” as the subject line.
政策更新 Policy updates
我們可因應服務、資料處理方式或法律要求的改變更新本政策。更新版本將於本頁發布，並註明生效日期；重大改變會以適當方式另行通知。
We may update this policy when our services, data-handling practices or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with its effective date, and material changes will be communicated by appropriate means.
